KENDALL JENNER'S LIFESTYLE AND DIET


Kendall Jenner is the 20-year-old daughter of Bruce and Cris Jenner.  She is a model with a naturally lean physique that requires its own dedicated maintenance.  Kendall sticks to a relatively healthy diet of lean proteins such as chicken breast, turkey and white fish.  Her biggest indulgence is sushi from Nobu.  Kendall's dish of choice is yellowtail sashimi with jalopeno from the said famous restaurant.  Before walking on the runway, she downs detox tea, and she snacks on apples, string cheese and Greek yogurt.


Kendall does not deny herself calories, however timing is important for the famous model.  She starts her day with a breakfast of veggie-stuffed-egg-white omelette.  She does not eat lunch in favor of small snacks consist of raw nuts, plain yogurt or fruit.  Kendall treats herself to whatever she wants for dinner.

KHLOE KARDASHIAN'S LIFESTYLE AND DIET


Khloe Kardashian is the ex-wife of the former basketball player Lamar Odom.  After Khloe's divorced to Lamar Odom, she drop 35 pounds.  She trained under Gunner Peterson.  According to Gunner, Khloe is one of his standout clients and she is not one of the ones who is gawking at everything or questioning things.



When it comes to diet, the 32-year-old Khloe brings that intense focus, although she joked that she does not have any self-control when it comes to food.  She limits sweets and relies on lean meats for energy, and enjoys only the occasional splurge.

KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN'S LIFESTYLE AND DIET



Kourtney Kardashian is a mother of three babies, who lost more than baby weight after giving birth to her son 2 years ago.  She got serious about fitness by hiring Fergie's trainer, Don Brooks.  The 37-year-old mother of three is devoted to healthy eating.  According to a reliable source, she tries to make most of her food herself by incorporating fresh organic produce and non-processed foods.  She snacks on homemade trail mixes with coconut oil, pumpkin seed and nuts; and she packs her main meals with lean protein, lentils and legumes.



Kourtney stays lean and mean with a ban on processed foods.  She lets her kids to eat a kid-friendly chips and crackers; however, her own snacks revolve around in-season organic fruits with edible, nutrient-rich skins such as pears, peaches and apples, to name a few added with a fiber-packed whole grains.
