~  SKIN IS MOSTLY WATER.  We are mostly water, and we need to drink a lot of it to keep the body hydrated.  Six or seven glasses a day is a great prescription.  Dehydration can come on surprisingly quickly, so when you're feeling slow or sluggish, or if you sense a headache coming on, simply drinking a glass of water can yield instant benefits.  And skin that's well-moisturized from within looks healthy and glowing on the outside.
