PROCRASTINATION: ONE OF THE CAUSES OF FAILURE

PROCRASTINATION ACCORDING TO NAPOLEON HILL

~  This is one of the most common causes of failure.  "OLD MAN PROCRASTINATION" stands within  the shadow of every human being, waiting his opportunity to spoil one's chances of success.  Most of us go through life as failures, because we are waiting for the "time to be right" to start doing something worthwhile.  Do not wait.  The time will never be "just right."  Start where you stand, and work with whatever tools you may have at your command, and better tools will be found as you go along.

LUCILLE BALL ON LOVE, LIFE, AND STAYING YOUNG

ON LOVE...
~  Love yourself first and everything else falls into line.  You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world.

ON LIVE...
~  In life, all good things come hard, but wisdom is the hardest to come by.

ON STAYING YOUNG...
~  The secret of staying young is to live honestly, eat slowly, and lie about your age.

JOHNNY DEPP ON LIFE AND LOVE

JOHNNY DEPP ON LIFE AND LOVE

~  There are four questions of value in life...  What is sacred?  Of what is the spirit made?  What is worth living for, and what is worth dying for?  The answer to each is the same.  Only LOVE.

JACK CANFIELD ON 'STOP SETTLING FOR LESS THAN YOU WANT

STOP SETTLING FOR LESS THAN YOU WANT:  BY JACK CANFIELD

~  If you are going to reown your power and get what you really want out of life, you will have to stop saying, "I don't care; it doesn't matter to me" --- or the current favorite of teenagers, "Whatever."  When you are confronted with a choice, no matter how small insignificant, act as if you have a preference.  Ask yourself, If I did know, what would it be?  If I did care, which would I prefer?  If it did matter, what would I rather do?
~  Not being clear about what you want and making other people's needs and desires more important than your own is simply a habit.  You can break it by practicing the opposite habit.

BETTE DAVIS ON MEN & WOMEN, LOVE, AND LIFE

BETTE DAVIS ON MEN & WOMEN, LOVE, AND LIFE

ON MEN & WOMEN...
~  When a man gives his opinion he's a man.  When a woman gives her opinion she's a bitch.
~  Men become much more attractive when they start looking older.  But it doesn't do much for women, though we do have an advantage:  make-up

ON LOVE...
~  Love is not enough.  It must be the foundation, the cornerstone - but not the complete structure.  It is much pliable, too yielding.

ON LIFE...
~  To fulfill a dream, to be allowed to sweat lonely labor, to be given a chance to create, is the meat and potatoes of life.  The money is the gravy.

AGELESS BEAUTY TIP FOR YOUR EYES

AGELESS BEAUTY TIP FOR YOUR EYES:  BY DAYLE HADDON

EYES RIGHT...
~  The skin under the eyes is finer and more fragile than the rest of the face.  Because it has fewer oil glands, the skin around the eyes is more prone to wrinkling.  Dab the eye cream in a line around the socket above and below the eyes.  You don't need to put the cream directly under the eye, because it does travel to where it's needed; moreover, this way you can minimize sensitivity problems too.  Be sure to include all of the area that extends from the eye outward to the hairline -- the laugh-line area.  Make sure this area is very well moisturized.

OG MANDINO ON MISTAKE(S)

OG MANDINO ON MISTAKE(S)

~  Whenever you make a mistake or get knocked down by life, don't look back at it too long.  Mistakes are life's way of teaching you.  Your capacity for occasional blunders is inseparable from your capacity to reach your goals.  No one wins them all, and your failures, when they happen, are just part of your growth.  Shake off your blunders.  How will you know your limits without an occasional failure?  Never quit.  Your turn will come.
